The main floor is the common area with shared living room and kitchen. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a TV with digital cable. The kitchen is completely furnished. I have a living space here for myself.

Each bedroom has been furnished to be comfortable without being crowded. All rooms have a queen size bed, dresser, closet, carpet, desk, chair, lamp and cable hook-up. If the room is large enough it has a comfy chair and night stand with a lamp. The house is set up with wireless internet, so if you have a computer access is available. Free local/long distance with a phone and answering machine is also provided in the kitchen.
This is not a party house.
There are rules of common sense that you must agree to in order to stay here. This is a safe, quiet, secure place to get homework done, to study, and live. This is a private home and hence disturbances will not be tolerated.

NOW: the important stuff. Roomate qualifications...I'm not picky, as long as you are cleanly, responsible, and relatively easy-going. I don't male/female descriminate, in fact, female roomates strike me as being easier to live with. I don't want any of my things damaged, don't mind throwing parties, absolutely will not tolerate ANY kind of illegal drug use in the house, appreciate my privacy but also like to be social, and work about 35 hours a week in Yakima, so I won't be home too much.
