Comes with the twin mattresses. Not the blankets, pillows or the boy's stuffies. I can help disable it when you get here and help load it. It is 8 1/2' tall x 7' wide x 7 1/4' length.
If you are going to want to disassemble it as best we can you have to bring the tools to take the bolts out. I do not remember where we put those things. This is a no cigarette house so it doesn't have that smell to it.
Located in Mabton, WA. I would like to have turned it into a mobile coop for my babies but I have too many projects right now.
