Anthem AVM 2 Preamplifier, built in Tuner _ Works but has issues - $120 (Yakima)

The first input has been tested, it works and sounds good. The FM tuner was tested, works and sounds good but has difficulty finding stations with buttons on front of unit. The volume knob works but has issues when turning the volume up, turning the volume down works well. The volume will go up but you have to turn knob a lot of times to get to the desired volume. This pre-amp was only tested using the two analog stereo outputs. The unit's cosmetic condition is good but has some scratches, nicks, and marks (see pictures).
