Found puppy just east of the Hanks/griffin Intersection north of Grandview/Prosser this morning 2/3 in the fog.
Sibling was dead on side of intersection, hit by car. This one was not car shy and would have died as well. Unknown if more puppies were dumped, only found one live one.
Please keep eye out for additional puppies. Reach out if found, I can assist with their care and locating rescues/shelters.
