No hidden fees- $6.00 lb. hanging weight for delicious and juicy Dexter beef grown on pasture on our hobby farm. We will pay all the butcher fees. We do not feed any grain to our cows. They are happy cows! We love the Dexter meat and have 3 extra this year to sell. Dexter cows are a smaller breed so the cuts of meat are smaller and it’s a smaller amount for your freezer if you don’t want a huge cow filling your freezer. A whole cow has been running around 180#-250# of finished meat depending on the cuts you choose. They have been weighing between 400 and 450 # hanging weight. We use a butcher shop in Sunnyside that we have been very happy with. You will talk to them to figure out the cuts you would like. We sell the cows by the whole or half and need a deposit to hold it for you. We have scheduled July 18 and July 24 for these beef.
