Our Square Tube Stall Fronts and Dividers are custom built to your specifications using only the finest American made materials available. These materials are exceptionally strong and virtually rust-free. The framework is built with 2"x2" square galvanized steel and is fully welded at each joint. The grills are constructed of 1 3/8" OD round galvanized steel tube set on 4" centers (leaves 2 5/8" between bars). These grill tubes are placed into the square tube frame with specifically milled inserts. The finished product is a beautiful seamless grill offering unmatched strength. The wood insert mounts are formed with a heavy galvanized flat steel (wood not included). The wood inserts are made one of two ways: a single flange for flat plywood inserts, or a double flange (channel) that accepts 2x6 tongue and groove lumber. Both leave no exposed wood edges for a horse to chew on. All welded joints are treated after fabrication with a zinc-rich rust inhibiting paint.
Stall Fronts can be mounted to existing barn posts or inter-connect them with Stall Dividers in a clear span building.
