Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Semi‑Skilled Helper to assist with concrete forming and pouring on a custom residential foundation project in Cle Elum, Washington. This role will be supporting an experienced Form Carpenter.
Position Details

Job Type: Contract Labor
Start Date: May 6, 2026
Duration: Approximately 3 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hours: 40 per week
Pay Rate: $24–$28/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Form Carpenter with slab and wall forming
- Carry and manage concrete materials (up to 75 lbs)
- Support concrete pours and jobsite cleanup
- Follow direction and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Experience assisting with concrete or construction work preferred
- Dependable, physically capable, and safety‑focused
- Tools & PPE
- All standard PPE required
