Looking for self-motivated energetic person to thin pears using 10 foot aluminum ladder - will need to thin tree from top to bottom and all the way around the tree - - will be leaving only large clean pear or pears on the tree and you mush be able to quickly identify when ones need to be removed - we allow the picking method easier to thin than apples are as we do not separate the fruit from the stems - will be expected to thin exactly like I want it - will train and instruct to what is wanted - will need to distinguish between a good pear and a pear that you will remove - will be removing miss shapen pears, pears with marks, smaller pears and simply reducing the number of pears on the tree so what is produced is a large to extra large pear - work is outdoors and you will be exposed to the elements wind, rain, sun and cold - flexible hours - looking for someone who will show up daily every day until 40 hours are done - work hard at a reasonably fast pace - and produce the result I'm looking for - be able to communicate - be able to take instruction - able to work a 40 hour work week - contact me ready to start any time - be able to work by yourself and work as hard when I'm there as when I'm not there - high energy - $18 firm on pay - ground is considered flat not on a hillside - located west side of Yakima close to the Firing Range in Cowiche Canyon - looking to hire this evening this weekend - again be willing to show up every day work 40 hours each week someone who will produce the result I'm looking for - have energy needed to be a fast working thinner work with both hands - able and care enough to be honest with lunch and break times back to work after time is up -
