This RAT was built in either 1986 or 1987 based on the pot codes from 1986. Overall condition is excellent for its age. At one point I owned five RATs, and over the course of a couple months I played them all against one another and kept my favorite one… This is that RAT .

These things are legendary for a reason. Nice rich, organic drive tones from clean boost to mild overdrive, heavy overdrive, all the way up through thick distortion and compressed fuzz.

Please see pictures for details… There is minor scratching on the box but overall the pedal is in terrific condition
