"Epiphone FT-112 Bard 12-string guitar in 1964. This model was part of a limited production run, with only 174 units made that year at the Kalamazoo factory. The FT-112 Bard is known for its jumbo flat top design and is considered the Epiphone equivalent of the Gibson B-45-12."
Very nice 1964 Epiphone 12-string from the Gibson factory in Kalamazoo. This is not a recent guitar - it's from the 60's. No repairs, no breaks, no monkey business. All original. Solid heel, solid headstock, solid bridge, flat across the belly. Astonishingly low action all the way up. Tuners are tight and work as intended. Easiest 12-string I've ever played by far. Sounds fantastic - very balanced. All you'd expect from a Gibson-made Epiphone from the early 60's. Nice, tight, uniform lacquer checking. Very few typical bumps and small bruises, but nothing out of the ordinary. Original hard case fits the guitar perfectly. From a non-smoking, no-pet, all-adult home of a vintage pro musician.
