Have 7 month old cat wants to be outside was a feral has been inside since i got her but wants to be outside. I dont want to put her out cuz my neighbors dogs killed my other cat. Shes fixed up to date on shots but wants to be outside. Low Rehoming fee to make sure she gets a good home
