Russian tortoise (Ellensburg)

I have a 4/5 year old Russian tortoise that I acknowledge isn’t getting the care he needs. I unfortunately don’t have the space or time currently to give him a good life. I just wanted to make a post and see if anyone was willing to take him and give him the love and care he needs. I don’t have an enclosure to give as the one he is in isn’t able to travel. But I am willing to part with him free of charge if the right person is open to taking him.
