Found dog on 1/6/2026 at 34th Ave and Powerhouse in the canal. Black and Brown large ears. No chip, no collar. 3-4yrs old. Looks like a Manchester Toy Terrier. Not neutered. 9lbs-underweight see rib bones skinny.
Very cold, very hungry and thirsty.
Have in my possession now.
