It's just me and my 15 year old son who live here. My 5 year old daughter visits every other weekend. We are pretty chill and very kind. I work a lot and he's in school and plays football. He will be working soon too. So it will just be a nice quiet home to live in and that's how we want to keep it.
I am a male, 41, non smoker, no drugs, non drinker, Christian, tbh probably don't wanna deal with a male so preferably looking for a female roommate. Not a deal breaker tho and couples are fine.
You must make at least $3000 a month and have a steady past work history. No criminal background unless we talk about it I gotta keep my kiddo safe. Preferably looking for a Non smoking and non drugs using individual. We are very clean and like to keep a clean home. NO animals and no kids please, 1 person per room unless you are a couple in which the cost monthly goes up to $1300.
$900 a month for one person, $1300 a month for a couple and all utilities are included in that including high speed internet.
