$430 / 1br - Roommates Wanted (Yakima, WA)

If I can find someone to rent each room, the rent will be $430 for each bedroom plus utilities, power, and internet on top of the $430.
If only one person rents a room and the other is empty, the rent will be $645 plus utilities/power/internet until we can find someone to rent the other room.
It is also possible for someone who would like a bedroom and another room for their own personal space to pay for both rooms for $860 plus 2/3 of utilities/power/internet.
I only have a picture of the one room as of right now as my current roommate who is moving out of town is still currently occupying the other, but they are similar in size. The photo of the hallway which is the entrance to the house shows the two bedroom doors and the bathroom next to them to the left.
The following terms would apply:
•NO CATS (I am allergic. And preferably no other pets but considered on a case by case basis. I know everyone thinks that their animals are angels, but most peoples’ animals are not angels to everyone else, let’s be real. Regardless pets will have to be approved by both myself and the landlord who will charge a pet fee.)
•NO KIDS (Preferably except the occasional visit. The space is small for kids, but I will consider on a case by case basis.)
•NO SMOKING
•NO DRUGS
•NO WILD DRINKING PARTIES
•ALWAYS PAY YOUR PORTION OF THE RENT
•PASSING A BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED BY THE LANDLORD
If you are a good fit for this shared space, you would have the following:
•private bedroom
•shared bathroom
•shared full kitchen
•shared dish washer
•shared washer/dryer
•shared living room
•shared backyard
•shared garage (for storage; not used for parking)
