Hardworking young professional seeks affordable housing (Yakima)

I (M28) am seeking an affordable housing situation in Yakima or 20 minutes driving distance.
I can be flexible with multiple living situations. Have a spare room in a house? Want someone to take care of an underused property, like an office building, farm house, cabin or Quonset hut? With housemates, I appreciate clean, relatively quiet living spaces, and kind, respectful people. I enjoy reading and exercising.
Also willing to live alone, like on a farm, commercial or industrial space you want someone to keep eyes on and take care of.
For a room rental situation, I am willing to pay up to $500/month, and am willing to supplement that with yard work, maintenance and other errands. If you are looking for a more involved property keeper, we can negotiate that.
I have a desk job with semi-regular hours, occasionally working weekends. I already have a decent housing situation, but am trying to not be a rent-burdened individual and maximize my savings for a healthy retirement. Would move for the right situation. Let's talk!
