Your main responsibilities will include:
Take client job orders
Recruit using social media, job fairs, advertising, etc.
Assisting clients with filling their staffing needs in a timely manner.
Make daily service calls to clients to see if they require staffing assistance
Ensure exceptional customer service by responding timely and accurately to questions related to staffing services and provide appropriate guidance.
Establish and maintain professional working relations with employees and customers
Assist with identification, applications, screen, identify and identify qualified applicants for our clients ranging from industrial to office.
Enter employee/customer into system
Run Background Checks
Administer Drug Tests
Meet and greet employees and visitors courteously and professionally
Ensuring the branch is compliant with local, state and federal labor law requirements.
Identify, evaluate and manage strategic sales and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
Get to the root cause of any issue to solve problems, no matter how complex, and design and implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.

* Look over all weekly timecards to assure that Work-Force has all employees timecards and they are coded correctly in our software for payroll.
*Handle complaints and issues regarding employees and customers
*Other issues as assigned.
Must be available to work
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people and be comfortable and professional working face to face with customers and employees. Must be able to work in a unsupervised setting and work towards Work-Force's best interests. Must be able to multiple task, be able to handle chaotic working environment. Must have a go above and beyond to make sure our customers are taken care of attitude.
