We’re Hiring: Superintendents & Working Foremen
We’re looking for experienced field leaders to run crews and manage daily operations on active job sites.
These are hands-on leadership roles for professionals who take ownership, lead by example, and prioritize safety, quality, and production.

What You’ll Do
• Lead crews and oversee daily jobsite operations
• Plan and coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and per plans/specs
• Run production on grading and underground utility scopes
• Monitor installations for quality, compliance, and design accuracy
• Enforce safety standards and company safety policies
• Communicate with PMs, owners, inspectors, and field teams
• Maintain daily field reports, photos, and as-built documentation
• Track production and report job progress

What We’re Looking For
Candidates who know the work — and own the work.
Required
• Proven experience as a civil construction Foreman or Superintendent
• Working knowledge of earthmoving equipment and production capabilities
• Underground utilities experience (water, sewer, storm, dry utilities)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read plans, manage schedules, and solve field issues
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel as needed (project-dependent, lodging available when applicable)
• Flexible schedule to match project demands
Preferred (Strongly Encouraged)
• Residential plat / subdivision site work experience
• Concrete, asphalt, and related trades experience
• Basic diesel / hydraulic troubleshooting knowledge
• Working knowledge of Trimble GPS
• Certifications: OSHA, CESCL, MSHA, HAZWOPER, Trench Safety, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple crews/projects (Superintendent role)
